How is Brock IT impacted by the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak?
We are monitoring the situation closely and moving quickly to take actions, to minimize potential risk this may have for staff and business. We have well-established and proven processes to manage our environment remotely, from the our offices or from any other remote location.

How are we protecting our staff from exposure to COVID-19?
We have requested all staff follow guidelines provided by the Federal Government of Canada. We are an essential service and thus will be open to help our clients any way we can however no onsite work will be performed until we’re comfortable it’s safe.

How are we dealing with ongoing Technical Support through this period?
As usual we request clients submit tickets via our Helpdesk email or call our helpdesk line. We will continue to support remotely as we always have.
