Our founder, Jonathan Bullock, began this company in 2017 to pursue his passion of being a caregiver to businesses. Jonathan Bullock
Founder, Managing Partner, Systems Administrator
Meet Jonathan! He has over 15 years of experience in IT, providing personalized support to a wide range of organizations such as Terra Nova Truss, The Agency for Cooperative Housing, and the South-East Ottawa Community Health Center. He has also assisted numerous small and medium-sized businesses as a dedicated managed service provider (MSP). With a degree from Algonquin College in Information Technology Support and certifications as an MCSA – Office 365 and CompTIA A+, Jon is currently the Systems Administrator for Brock IT and is our go-to for all security-related matters.
Tracey Bullock
Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner, and Human Resources Specialist
Meet Tracey, our caring COO & HR expert who has over 15 years of experience in management and as a generalist. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration and with a good standing certified human resources leader (CHRL), Tracey is also an active board member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) Thousand Islands Chapter. Her passion is to work with small and medium-sized businesses, leaving them better than she found them, by addressing their technology and HR requirements.
