Brock IT started in 2017 when our founder, Jonathan Bullock, wanted to establish a business that allowed him to pursue his passion for helping organizations with their technology needs. To accomplish his mission, Jonathan knew he needed to build a business with a vivid, supportive culture. We have grown since 2017 and continue to do so. We’re always expanding into new industries and areas and believe there is no limit when it comes to learning more about information technology.
Our growth wouldn’t be possible without our team of talented professionals. We’re a resource and a partner. In the ever-changing IT world, the landscape can shift without warning—we know it’s essential to stay up to date on the latest technologies and cyberthreats. Our team is constantly learning by earning certifications and updating credentials. It’s our goal to provide leading-edge service to our clients.
Founder, Partner, and 3rd Level Support
Jonathan has 15 years of experience in IT, having managed technology for companies like Terra Nova Truss, The Agency for Cooperative Housing, and the South-East Ottawa Community Health Center. He has also supported numerous small and medium-sized businesses as a managed service provider (MSP). Currently, he acts as the systems administrator for Brock IT as well as the primary security resource. Jon received his education through Algonquin College in Information Technology Support and has MCSA – Office 365 and CompTIA A+ certifications.
Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner, and Human Resources Specialist
Tracey has worked in human resources both in management and as a generalist for 10 years. She has a bachelor’s in business administration and is a certified human resources leader (CHRL) in good standing. She also has the honor of being a former president of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) board for the Thousand Islands Chapter.
Service Manager
Sunny graduated in Computer & Networking Technical Support from St. Lawrence College Kingston and has been trained in the latest technologies. After graduating, he came on board as a level 1 helpdesk technician and soon after acquired his CompTIA A+ certification and was promoted to help desk lead. He’s the problem solver everyone loves to deal with and is responsible for running everything service-related.
